Cash Voucher Redemption and Usage Guidelines

  Usage Threshold: Customers must submit an old umbrella for recycling to the company at checkout to use the $50 cash voucher.
  
• 
  Product Restriction: This cash voucher is only applicable for purchases of products valued over $200.
  
• 
  Scope of Use: The cash voucher is only valid for use at the Wpc. Tsim Sha Tsui The ONE Eslite Pop-up Store and cannot be used at the WPC online store, other Eslite branches, Eslite online, or the Eslite APP.
  
• 
  Validity Period: The cash voucher is only valid during the Pop-up Store's operating period, i.e., from June 1 to August 31, 2026. Expired cash vouchers will automatically become invalid and will not be reissued or have their validity extended.
  
• 
  How to Use: Please present the valid Discount Code Email sent by Wpc. HK before checkout. Screenshots or unauthorized forwarded copies will not be accepted.
  
• 
  Usage Limit: Each cash voucher can only be used once and will become void after redemption.

  Reissue Request: If you still cannot find the email, please contact customer service via wts 62716229 before the event ends.
  

General Notes and Disclaimer

1. Not Redeemable for Cash: The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, change, refunds, returns, or resold.
   
2. Old Umbrella Recycling Details: * Any brand, any condition (damaged is acceptable) of old umbrellas are accepted. However, once recycled, they will not be returned.
   
   
3. Combination Restrictions: Unless otherwise specified, this voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, staff discounts, or Eslite member discounts.
   
   
4. Transaction Confirmation: The cash voucher must be used immediately at checkout. Post-transaction use will not be accepted.
   
   
5. Final Decision: Wpc. HK reserves the right to modify, terminate the event, or change the terms and conditions at any time. In case of any dispute, the organizer reserves the right of final decision.
