Refund and Exchange Policy

No refunds or exchanges will be provided after products are shipped (except for the following circumstances).

Products that meet all the following conditions may be exchanged/refunded:

  1. If the product quality is found to be below production standards, an exchange or refund can be arranged.

  2. Customers must apply for an exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving the product. *Applications submitted after this period cannot be processed.

  3. The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  4. A purchase confirmation email or receipt must be provided.

Exchange Procedure

1. When applying for an exchange, please provide your order number, receipt, contact information, and a description with photos of the product defect.

2. All products must be returned to our company before an exchange can be arranged.

3. Exchanges can be done in person or by mail to Unit 703, 7/F, Block B, Texaco Industrial Centre, 14-22 Wang Lung Street, Tsuen Wan.

Please note: All products are only allowed one exchange. You may exchange for a different color of the same product / other products of equal or higher value than the original product (the price difference must be paid).

Please note: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for returned items and re-sent items.

 

Refund Procedure

3. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction.

5. Customers can choose to return in person or by mail to Unit 703, 7/F, Block B, Texaco Industrial Centre, 14-22 Wang Lung Street, Tsuen Wan. If mailing, customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

 

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

1. More than seven days after receiving the product.

2. Intimate apparel is not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Products with human-induced damage or missing parts.

4. Damaged product packaging.

5. Products with stains or that have been washed.

6. Sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

7. Pre-sale and pre-order products are not eligible for return or exchange.

8. Discounted items, promotional products, and free gifts are not eligible for return or exchange.

Important Notes:

  1. Shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable.

  2. Any free gifts or coupons received must be returned with the product during a refund (if applicable).

  3. Each item is eligible for only one exchange.

  4. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction and generally take approximately 14 business days.
